EACH EVENT WILL FOLLOW THIS PROGRAMME:
9:30am-10am Arrivals and Registration
10am-10:45am A Guide to Schools Tennis 2010: An interactive presentation on new resources and developments available to you - including: school/club links, leadership and volunteering, competition, equipment, coach development and teacher training.
10:45am-11:30am & 11:30am-12:15pm Two Practical Sessions: Practical sessions including a demonstration of a resource / a sample of a new course, providing ideas to assist the delivery of tennis in schools.
12:15pm-1pm Informal Networking & Planning: An informal opportunity to meet with your local Tennis Development Manager.
THE ROAD SHOWS ARE AIMED AT:
• PDMs, SSCOs, Competition Managers & Directors of Specialism in England.
• PESS / Dragon Sport / 5x60 Staff in Wales.
• Active Schools Managers and Co-ordinators in Scotland.
Additionally, teachers who deliver PE are welcome to attend. Please note, due to limited capacity and content, the Road Shows are not targeted/suitable for tennis coaches.
