Beginners & Intermediate Rock Climbing

From Saturday 13 March

BF Adventure are running Rock Climbing courses for Beginners and Intermediate climbers. In 6 weekly sessions they will give you a practical insight into:

• Basic rock climbing
• Health & safety rules
• Rope management and techniques
• Belaying alternatives
• Climbing styles and rigging

The course will be held partly at BF Advernture's Outdoor activity centre, but will also give you the opportunity to practice your newly gained skills at the Cheese Wring (or equivalent).

WHEN
6 weekly sessions starting Saturday 13th March 2010

Beginners: 10am – 12pm
Intermediate: 12.30am – 2.30pm
