ARE YOU AGED BETWEEN 5 & 75 & WISH TO PLAY BADMINTON?  - Whatever your age or standard there are plenty of opportunities in Cornwall.

Cornish badminton is played from the grassroots level, where players visit their local pay & play leisure centre, right through to County level. The clubs in between are either  unaffiliated ‘recreational’ clubs or clubs affiliated to BADMINTON England which allows them to play league badminton.
Cornwall County Badminton Association (CCBA) - oversees the running of the Cornish Leagues & maintains two Senior County Teams & two veterans teams (over 40’s & over 50’s)
Cornwall Youth Badminton (CYB) – are linked closely with CCBA. They look after junior badminton in Cornwall & are responsible for three County Squads for U13, U15 & U17 & offer the opportunity to ALL Cornish schools to attend County trials in June.  
CYB also organise the Junior County Championships for all age groups in January, with children from every school in Cornwall invited to take part.

Bodmin, Budehaven, Camelford*, Callington*, Launceston*, Liskeard*, Newquay, Pensilva (Nr Callington), St Austell*,Torpoint*(Plymouth League) First Edition* (Camborne), Tecans* (Pool), Truro*, Roseland*, Portreath
* Denotes club with junior section.
ALL clubs will welcome new members & if league badminton is not for you, there will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy friendly games amongst fellow members on club nights.
New Club for Penzance - A new club in Penzance is being launched on Thursday 10th April. This new club will be for both seniors & juniors & will look to join the West Cornwall League in September. The venue will be Penwith College Sports Hall & players of ALL standards will be welcomed.
Two new clubs have affiliated this season offering the chance to newcomers to pick up a racket & join -  Pensilva (Nr Callington) & The Roseland. Congratulations & good luck to both new clubs!
Helston Badminton Club – will be reforming in the summer, following the successful launch of the new Junior Club. Details to follow.
