THE CLOSING DATE FOR NOMINATIONS IS 31ST MARCH 2007.

There is no limit to the number of nominations that can be made by an organisation or individual. Coaches nominated may be full time, part time or voluntary and must live or coach in Cornwall.

The selection panel will choose an overall winner in each category. The decision will be based upon the information included within each coach's nomination and the advice of local professionals eg County/Regional National Governing Body officials, Local Authority Sports representatives.
