Duchy Athletics Network is given the green light

In late November the Duchy Athletics Network heard the good news that they had been granted funding to run a Network, following the submission of their plan earlier in the autumn.

The committee will hopefully be meeting with Alex Copeland, the England Athletics National Club Development Officer in the New Year; and, under the guidance of the local Club and Coach Support Officer Sonya Ellis, they will finalise the formal signing off of the bid.

When a Coach Coordinator has been appointed to run the Network there will be a formal launch… So, watch this space!
