A Local Centre of Community Sports Leadership is a centre that exists to provide opportunities for the whole community. Situated in the heart of its community, it will offer a wide range of sports leadership training opportunities to all. They will be able to react to local demand, and will act as the focal point for sports leadership in the region.
Consequently, no two centres will look exactly the same, as the range of services offered will reflect local need. They will be non-elitist and will actively encourage people from all backgrounds to engage in sports leadership training and deployment.
