All nominees must live or undertake their volunteering work in Cornwall.  The closing date for nominations is 31st August 2010.The selection panel will choose a winner of each award.  The decision will be based on the information included in the nomination form and the advice of local professionals eg County/Regional National Governing Body officials, Local Authority Sports representatives.
