The event is the grand opening to a weekend of charity beach volleyball run by Countrymen Volleyball Club from the West of the County. Cornwall Sports Partnership kindly nominated the event for the visit this month.
The event has been co-ordinated by Gemma Wilson, Senior School Competition Manager for Cornwall with Countrymen Volleyball Club, Milo Perrin and Alan Conquest. Young Leaders from Cornwall College will assist at the event by coaching and umpiring the young players. The four young leaders will be led by Dan Inch from Cornwall College. The schools will come from all over the County from Launceston down to Mullion. The teams will be mixed 4 A-side for ages 13-15 years of age.
