To book on to a course:

Please complete the below booking form and return it to us at least five days before the start date of the course, addressed to:

All enrolments will be confirmed by a letter stating the course details (but if you don't receive confirmation, please call us on 01872 323344 to ensure your application form has been received).

Please include payment with the application form to ensure your place. Please make cheques made payable to Cornwall Council.

Please do not turn up at a course without booking first; you will unfortunately be turned away as we have a maximum number of attendees we can accommodate, depending on the course and venue.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If we cancel a course, then a refund or alternative booking will be offered.
2. If a customer cancels their place, with seven or more days' notice, then a refund or alternative booking will be offered.
3. If a customer cancels with fewer than seven days' notice, there will be no refund and no alternative booking. Download the CSP Course booking form above

 

SCUK CERTIFICATES

N.B. All participants at sports coach UK workshops receive a certificate of attendance. All certificates are sent to the participant after the workshop. Please allow 6-8 weeks (from the workshop date) for your certificates to arrive.

If you have not received your certificate, please call 0845 6013054 with your name, contact telephone number, course title, venue and date.

 

SAFEGUARDING AND PROTECTING CHILDREN & UNDER 18s

Under 18s who are required to attend this workshop must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This person could be their parent, mentor, teacher, coach etc. It is not a requirement that the responsible adult attends as a paying delegate. If the adult does not wish to participate or receive a certificate and resource, then they will not be asked to pay.
