A little bit about Molly:
I am a pole vaulter from Cornwall AC. I train at Carn Brea and I've been a pole vaulter since the age of 10. I'm currently at Truro College doing a Sports Science Diploma but I'm going to University in California later this year (UCLA).

Molly's current achievements:
My personal best in pole vault is 4m35 and I am currently Indoor British Senior Champion. Last year I came 2nd in the European Juniors. I am ranked 3rd in the World for U18, 1st in the UK for U20 and 4th in the UK for seniors.

Molly is currently working towards:
I'm currently working towards the Commonwealth Games which I have been selected for to represent the England Senior Team in Australia. This year my aim is to get 4m50 and break the all time U20 British Record.

What Molly said about the Cornwall Talented Athletes Scheme:
Cornwall Talented Athletes Scheme has helped me through my journey of being a pole vaulter because it means I can use my local gym and track freely whenever I need to. They have helped me achieve my goals throughout the years and they will continue to do so, so that I can break the British Record!
